Fit tip: If your measured width falls between two values, round up to the next size. Most women fit a Medium width; choose Wide if you have a high instep or prefer extra room.

Fit tip: Measure around the fullest part of your calf while standing. If between sizes, round up for a comfortable, non-binding fit.

How to Measure at Home

All you need is a sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler. A couple of minutes now saves a return later.

Stand on a sheet of paper

Wear the socks you’ll pair with your shoes and stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching the wall.
Mark length and width

Mark the tip of your longest toe, the back of your heel, and the widest point on both sides of your foot.
Measure

Measure the length between the toe and heel marks, and the width across the widest point, in centimetres. Measure both feet.
Match to the charts

Use the larger foot for length against the size chart, and its width against the width chart. For boots, check the calf chart too.

Between sizes? Size up for walking and training shoes to keep toes comfortable.
Width matters: measure the widest part of your foot — a Medium suits most, Wide adds room.
Boots? check the calf chart to avoid a binding fit at the top.
Thick socks? consider sizing up half a size.
